When you enter a new listing or modify an existing listing, you will see that the "Photo Service Request" field has been added. If you select "Y" under "Photo Service Request", then select the photo service option you require from the drop-down menu and Photo Flight does the rest! Check Your Personal Contact Information
Personal contact information contains the specific contact information for you in the CTMLS system, including email address, cell and other phone numbers, as well as your email signature. Your personalized email signature is delivered to your clients whenever you send an email through MLXchange. To check your personal information, log in to MLXchange and click "SETTINGS" in the upper right-hand corner. Click "PERSONAL INFORMATION" and verify and/or change any information displayed on this screen.

VIRTUAL TOURS: Agents are reminded that NO PERSONAL INFORMATION can be entered in the "REMARKS" field of MLXchange. This includes virtual tours that show agent photos, links to personal websites, phone/emails, etc. THIS IS AGAINST MLS POLICY. Virtual tours must be "unbranded".

PLEASE NOTE: A $10 DEPOSIT will need to accompany ALL requests for
MLXchange Training. THIS FEE WILL BE REFUNDED to you when you attend the class you signed up for. If you do not attend the scheduled class, your deposit WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Basic I: This course is designed as a very basic introduction to MLXchange. This class will concentrate on beginner functionality. The agent will learn how to move around the system. Topics discussed include homepage navigation, managing clients, simple searching and Hotsheet.

Basic II: This course is designed for the more seasoned agent that has an established comfort level with the basic functions of the MLXchange system. Topics reviewed will include all search functionality including emailing listings, prospecting and a heavy concentration the MLXchange Mapping component. Prerequisite Basic I.

Advanced: This course is designed to familiarize the agent with the customization tools within MLXchange. Topics covered included adding listings, editing listings, tax searching, template manager, column manager and personal settings. Prerequisite Basic I & II.

Express CMA: This course is designed to take an agent through a complete CMA analysis using the CMA Wizard. Prerequisite Basic I & II.

CMA w/Report Writer: This course takes you one step beyond the Basic CMA. CMA w/Report Writer gives the agent the ability to not only create their CMA but learn how to customize and personalize a CMA. Prerequisite Basic I, II & CMA.

Report Writer: This course concentrates on customizing your own MLXchange print report. The Report Writer functionality will allow you to create your own personalized print and email report views in MLXchange. Class size is limited to 6 participants. Prerequisite Basic I & II.
